So, do you think the State Department will change directions now that Condi is in office? Or do you think they will press for the outdated "give the terrorists land, and hope for the best"? I think a little of both. Condi is a very capable captain, and will try to steer the ship in the right direction. But the State Department ship has a lot of momentum and may take time and distance to get her turned around.
