Terror of the Day

I think I will change this feature from "Kassam of the Day" to "Terror of the Day". Today was (thankfully) Kassam-free, but that is only because the IDF kicked some serious Kassam-butt today. But that doesn't mean the paleos are not furthering their terror goals:

Update on Car Bomb in Rishon L'Tzion

(IsraelNN.com) Police report that a car bomb did explode near or in front of 98 Herzl Street in Rishon L'Tzion.

A senior police commander reports that the blast was terror related; stating it appears the one fatality is the terrorist. At least two people are in moderate condition and others light.

The Digital Wife's cousins live in Rishon L'Tzion. Rishon is such a beautiful coastal town. It sorta reminds me of San Diego, but on the Mediterraneanan. That terrorist blowing himself (herself?) up in the car reminds me of that tasteless (but funny) Volkswagen commercial.



Update: It appears the car bomb was a criminal murder, not a terror attack. 5 people were wounded and the guy inside the car was associated with criminals, and was previously tried to be killed.
