Why not go to Israel?

Israel Matzav: Trade Center attack spurred survivor to make aliya

"There is terror all over the place and Israel is the Jewish homeland. All Jews should think about coming here."

My thoughts too. If we are going to fight terrorism anyways and risk our lives just by living, why not risk it from within our own Jewish homeland? (I believe that it is less of a risk in Israel, but that is another discussion)
