Despite the international embargo on aid to the Palestinian Authority since Hamas came to power, reports the NY Times, Palestinians got significantly more aid in 2006 than in 2005. Captain Ed asks if Palestinians get more support after electing terrorists to lead them, why should they be motivated to do otherwise?
